83 This course corresponds to a sery of 6 to 8 2-hours-seminars where researchers in geology present their work and experience. The goal of these seminars is to enlarge the knowledge of the students and to stimulate their curisosity toward research and geosciences. It also aim to provide examples of reseach subject and research domains in which students could work in the future. The seminars are informal to facilitate the exchange, discussion and interactions between the students and the researchers.

95 L'UE "Frontières de la R&D en Géosciences" est un cycle de conférences destiné à présenter aux étudiants certaines des activités de recherche qu'ils pourront être amenés à effectuer dans la suite de leur carrière. Le but de ces conférences est d'attiser la curiosité des étudiants vis à vis des possibilités offertes par leur formation en termes de recherche et de développement et d'étoffer leur culture scientifique. Chaque séance de 2h voit un intervenant, un chercheur la plupart du temps, présenter son cursus, ses activités professionnelles ou bien encore un sujet spécifique en lien avec la géologie et laisse la possibilité aux élèves d'échanger directement avec lui.
